Soul Vinyl

From the original recordings through to the music carrying the tradition forward today. Rhythm, feeling, and conviction, across six decades and counting. Atlantic. Stax. Hi Records. Daptone. Big Crown. Colemine.

The classics are here on new pressings and used copies: Aretha Franklin's Lady Soul and I Never Loved A Man The Way I Love You, Otis Blue, Al Green's Call Me and Let's Stay Together, Bill Withers' Still Bill, and Stevie Wonder's Innervisions and Music Of My Mind. Philly soul comes through Harold Melvin And The Blue Notes, Billy Paul, MFSB and Teddy Pendergrass.

On the newer side, Daptone and Big Crown carry the classic soul sound forward with Lee Fields, Charles Bradley, Thee Sacred Souls and Lady Wray, while Erykah Badu, D'Angelo, Cleo Sol, Sault and Olivia Dean show where soul went next. There's gospel too, from Pastor T.L. Barrett to The Staple Singers. Used records are graded with media and sleeve condition listed, and everything ships Australia-wide from Melbourne.
