Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne. International shipping isn't available yet, but we're actively looking into it.

How shipping is calculated

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Most of Australia, including metro WA: 2 to 3 business days Northern Territory and regional/remote Western Australia: 3 to 5 business days

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking & cover

Every order is shipped with tracking, so you'll always be able to see where your parcel is.

Orders to the Northern Territory and regional/remote Western Australia ship via Australia Post, which includes standard cover of up to $100 for loss or damage in transit.

Orders elsewhere in Australia ship via our courier partners. Our primary courier, Aramex, includes limited liability cover of up to $1,500 per parcel for eligible domestic shipments, assessed against the documented value of the goods and Aramex's own claims process.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we'll lodge a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Packaging

Records are foam or bubble wrapped and shipped in purpose-built corrugated cardboard vinyl mailers designed for 12" LPs, with crush zones on both sides, a peel-and-seal closure, and clear fragile marking.

Pre-loved records are removed from their outer sleeves before packing to prevent seam splits, and we provide a fresh inner and outer poly sleeve where we received the record without one.
