Antibalas, released August 2012 on Daptone, is the Brooklyn Afrobeat band's fifth album and marked a reunion with producer and former member Gabriel Roth, recorded at Daptone's Bushwick studio. Founded in 1998 by saxophonist Martin Perna and fronted since 1999 by Duke Amayo, the group followed the six-track record with an extensive tour, including a national television debut performing "Dirty Money" on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
