The Good And Bad Times, released 1986 on MCA, was produced by Wilton Felder and Joe Sample, by then the core duo left in the Crusaders after founding members Stix Hooper and Wayne Henderson had moved on. Session guitarists Larry Carlton and David T. Walker join a lineup rounded out by Nancy Wilson's guest vocal on "The Way It Goes." The record reached number four on the jazz albums chart.
