Lily Of Da Valley, released October 2017 on Easy Star Records, is Jesse Royal's debut full-length, recorded across Applehead Studio in Woodstock, Tuff Gong and Big Yard Studios in Kingston with producers Llamar "Riff Raff" Brown and Kareem "Remus" Burrell. The title borrows from a hymn Royal learned in his grandmother's church choir, and the album arrived as he was welcoming his first child while grieving the loss of his mother. Breakout single "Modern Day Judas" had already drawn millions of views before the record's release, alongside guest spots from Jo Mersa Marley and Patrice.
