Between Two Waves, first released digitally in 2022 with this clear vinyl pressing following that December, is GoGo Penguin's first EP for XXIM Records and the live debut of drummer Jon Scott alongside longtime members Chris Illingworth and Nick Blacka. Recorded at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios, it was the trio's first session together after pandemic lockdowns, incorporating modular synths and a custom-built palm mute pedal alongside their usual acoustic instrumentation.
