The Heptones' 1985 album for Burning Sounds pairs the Jamaican vocal trio with a rhythm section stacked with Studio One and Channel One veterans — Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare both appear alongside Lloyd Parkes and Michael Richards. Ten tracks of roots reggae and lovers rock, opening with the title cut, recorded well past the group's 1960s Studio One peak but still carrying their close-harmony sound.
