Pre-orders

To help you secure new releases, we have a pre-order option on selected titles. Order now and we'll reserve your copy from our first delivery and send it as soon as it lands with us, usually within a few days of the release date.

Release dates are set by the labels and distributors and sometimes move. Limited and Record Store Day titles are allocated by the distributor, so we can't always guarantee every pre-order will be filled. If a release is delayed we'll let you know, and if it's cancelled or we can't get your copy, you'll get a full refund straight away.

If your order also includes in-stock records, we'll ship everything together once the pre-order arrives. If you'd like the in-stock records sent first, please place them as a separate order.
